The Government of Odisha in General Administration & Public Grievance Department has initiated Litigation Management System (LMS), the flagship project of CMGI(A Society Under General Administration & Public Grievance Department, Government Of Odisha) to monitor all the Government cases in The Hon’ble Supreme Court , The Hon’ble High Court & The Hon’ble Administrative Tribunal Court(Cuttack & Bhubaneswar).

The LMS will help the General Administration & Public Grievance departments of the States to effectively monitor various cases filed against/by the State before The Hon’ble Supreme Court , The Hon’ble Orissa High Court & The Hon’ble Administrative Tribunal Court. It will also improve the compliance required from different quarters by the office of The Hon’ble Advocate General.

The Litigation Management System (LMS) project has been developed by CMGI under umbrella of GA & PG which was inaugurated on 24.06.2011 by The Hon’ble Chief Justice, Orissa High Court. The vision of the project is to effectively monitor various cases filed against / by the State before The Hon’ble Supreme Court , The Hon’ble Orissa High Court & The Hon’ble Administrative Tribunal Court. It will also co-ordinate & establish effective communication between different Government offices with the office of The Hon’ble Advocate General to manage case records/pwc/counter/additional affidavit/order/judgment and compliances.

A separate Project Office is functioning in DC/SD Qr No -4, Kaligali(Near Orissa High Court,Cuttack ) to co-ordinate between various departments and office of The Hon’ble Advocate General. The entire plaint copies filed every day are collected from the office of The Hon’ble Advocate General by the personnel of GA & PG Department posted in the project office. There are regularly scanning/uploading and mailing to different parties of the State Government through LMS on real time basis.
